Veronica Stern is a Life Coach and Motivational Speaker. She was trained by world renowned best-selling Author and Life Coach Dr. Martha Beck. Ms. Stern started the Authentic U Life Coaching Services in 2007 after awakening to God’s voice saying, “Go and feed my sheep.” Since then she has been following his command through coaching individuals, couples, and groups. 
Ms. Stern lovingly and gently guides people into dissolving limiting beliefs and discovering their true selves. She helps them live their AUTHENTIC life and have a spiritual transition in mind, body, and soul.
